Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a customer-focused professional to join our team in the Philippines. You will handle order processing, invoicing, and cash transactions while supporting sales and delivering excellent service.

You will also process orders, maximize upselling opportunities, and provide timely customer support. Interact with customers via calls and maintain product availability in line with company plans, policies, and standards.

Qualifications

• Preferably a college graduate.
• Experience in sales or relationship management is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Able to work independently or in a team under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate order processing, invoicing, and cash handling while supporting sales and customer service.
• Process orders and upsell where appropriate; encode recruit data.
• Conduct calls and provide timely, professional support to customers.
• Manage cash handling, maintain product availability, and follow company policies.
• Participate in events and cross-functional initiatives.
