Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture is required.
• Licensed Architect is preferred.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in retail design, store fit-out, or commercial interiors.

• Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, details, and working drawings.
• Prepare technical drawings and fabrication details.
• Create 2D and 3D presentations for clients.
• Coordinate designs with Project Managers, Graphic Artists, Production, and Installation Teams.
• Review designs for constructability and fabrication feasibility.
• Conduct site measurements and inspections.
• Prepare site measurement reports and as-built drawings.
• Revise drawings based on client, production, and site requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and project teams.
• Assist in material selection and technical specifications.
• Monitor implementation to ensure projects follow approved drawings.
• Provide technical solutions to design and site problems.
• Ensure drawings and project documentation are complete and properly organized.

Role Purpose

• Strong technical drawing and detailing skills.




• Ability to interpret and prepare fabrication drawings.




• Willing to conduct site visits and travel when required.




• Strong communication and coordination skills.
