Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• 1–3 years in architectural design, construction, or project coordination.
• Proficient in architectural software.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; willing to site visit.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and update construction management list with architects.
• Coordinate permit plans and documents to avoid delays.
• Coordinate procurement phase ensuring materials and subcontractors ready.
• Ensure construction phase is on schedule and report delays.
