Responsibilities include creating plans, specifications, 3D renderings, and construction documents with CAD software, managing budgets and timelines, ensuring code compliance, and conducting site visits to guarantee quality and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required for architectural or related field.
• Proficiency in CAD software and construction documentation.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand needs, preferences, and goals.
