FANBOXED in Quezon City is seeking an on-site Architectural Designer/Project Coordinator. The role covers client consultations, design development, and coordination across design and construction teams.

Responsibilities include creating plans, specifications, 3D renderings, and construction documents with CAD software, managing budgets and timelines, ensuring code compliance, and conducting site visits to guarantee quality and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required for architectural or related field.
• Proficiency in CAD software and construction documentation.
• Strong communication and coordination across teams.
• Experience in design, project management, and construction practices.
• Attention to detail and ability to interpret plans and specs.

Responsabilités

• Meet with clients to understand needs, preferences, and goals.
• Develop architectural designs, plans, specs, and 3D renderings.
• Produce construction documents using CAD software.
• Oversee budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Ensure code compliance and safety standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and teammates.
• Supervise progress to align with plans and quality.
