Qualifications

The successful candidate will be employed by Merx Prime and will work closely with its management and relevant teams to implement marketing strategies, develop potential customer relationships, and contribute to the company's business growth.

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Officer to strengthen our brand presence, execute marketing campaigns, and generate qualified leads to support business growth.

Job Summary

The Marketing Officer will plan, implement, and monitor digital and offline marketing activities to promote Merx Prime’s products, services, and multi-brand. The role focuses on content creation, social media management, digital advertising, website maintenance, lead generation, and marketing performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Campaigns

• Develop and implement monthly marketing plans aligned with business and sales objectives.

• Coordinate promotional activities, seasonal campaigns, and marketing events.

• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement.

2. Digital Marketing and Social Media

• Manage LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube accounts.

• Prepare monthly content calendars and create marketing materials using Canva or similar tools.

• Create and upload social media posts, reels, videos, and other promotional content.

• Respond to online inquiries and coordinate customer leads with the sales team.

3. Website Management and SEO

• Update website content, product information, blogs, articles, and promotional materials.

• Create landing pages for campaigns and promotions.

• Apply basic SEO practices, including keyword optimization and meta tags.

• Coordinate website maintenance and technical concerns with the developer.

4. Digital Advertising and Lead Generation

• Set up and manage Meta Ads and basic Google Search Ads campaigns.

• Generate leads for Merx Prime’s products and services.

• Monitor advertising performance and optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and cost efficiency.

5. CRM and Customer Inquiries

• Record, track, and organize marketing inquiries and leads.

• Maintain an updated customer and contact database.

• Respond to inquiries through email or other communication channels using approved templates.

• Coordinate lead assignments and follow-ups with the sales team.

6. Brand Partnerships and Events

• Identify and coordinate with influencers, affiliates, and potential brand partners.

• Support event marketing, workshops, product promotions, and other brand-building activities.

• Monitor partnership campaign results and effectiveness.

7. Reporting and Analytics

• Prepare weekly marketing reports covering leads generated, website traffic, online sales where applicable, advertising performance, and social media growth.

• Analyze marketing data and recommend strategies to improve engagement and lead generation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

• Preferably with 1 year experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, or advertising.

• Knowledge of Canva, social media platforms, Meta Ads, basic Google Ads, and SEO.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Creative, organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.

• Familiarity with CRM tools, website content management, and marketing analytics is an advantage.
