Job summary

RemoteVA in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Architectural Drafter & 3D Rendering Specialist to produce architectural specification books, 2D/3D drawings, and realistic renderings. You will rely on Revit and related tools to deliver precise, publication-ready project outputs.

This role emphasizes attention to detail, coordination of materials and finishes, and creating photorealistic visuals for client presentations, with a fully remote setup and standard EST working hours.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in architectural drafting and 3D visualization.
• Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience creating or coordinating architectural specification books.
• Experience with 2D and 3D architectural drawings.
• Portfolio of previous drafting, specification, and rendering work is required.
• Proficiency in professional 3D rendering software (e.g., 3ds Max, Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray).
• Detail-oriented with ability to follow project specifications.
