Job Description The Revit Drafter / 3ds Max Drafter will be responsible for producing detailed architectural and interior design drawings, 3D models, and visualizations that accurately represent project concepts and specifications. This role requires strong technical proficiency in Autodesk Revit and 3ds Max, with an eye for precision, aesthetics, and functionality.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed architectural and interior drawings using Autodesk Revit.
• Create high-quality 3D models and renderings using 3ds Max for design visualization.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to ensure design accuracy and compliance with project standards.
• Update and maintain drawing sets throughout project development phases.
• Coordinate with engineering and design teams to integrate structural and MEP components.
• Ensure all drawings adhere to company drafting standards and client requirements.
• Assist in preparing presentation materials and design documentation.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Drafting Technology, or a related field.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in Autodesk Revit and 3ds Max; experience with AutoCAD is an advantage.
