RemoteVA seeks an experienced Architectural Drafter & Rendering Specialist to produce architectural specification books, 2D/3D drawings, and photorealistic renderings. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential to generate accurate, detailed outputs for remote projects.

The role requires creating floor plans, elevations, sections, and schedules, along with coordinating materials and finishes. A strong portfolio demonstrating drafting, specification, and rendering work is required.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in architectural drafting and 3D visualization.
• Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience creating or coordinating architectural specification books.
• Experience with 2D and 3D architectural drawings.
• Proficiency in 3D rendering software such as 3ds Max, D5 Render, Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, or Corona.
• Strong ability to create realistic and photorealistic renderings.
• Portfolio of previous drafting, specification, and rendering work is required.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow project specifications.

We are looking for an experienced Architectural Drafter & 3D Rendering Specialist who can create professional architectural specification books, 2D/3D drawings, and realistic renderings. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Revit and can produce accurate, detailed, and visually realistic project outputs.
