Job summary

RemoteVA is seeking an experienced Architectural Drafter & 3D Rendering Specialist to produce architectural specification books, 2D/3D drawings, and photorealistic renderings. You will work primarily in Revit and AutoCAD, creating floor plans, elevations and construction documents, and delivering high-quality visuals for project presentations.

The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio, proficiency in 3ds Max or Lumion, and a keen eye for detail.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in architectural drafting and 3D visualization.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience creating or coordinating architectural specification books.
• Experience with 2D and 3D drawings.
• Proficiency in 3D rendering software such as 3ds Max, D5 Render, Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, or Corona.
• Strong ability to create realistic, photorealistic renderings.
• Good understanding of architectural materials, finishes, construction details, and documentation.
• Portfolio of drafting, specification, and rendering work is required.
