Job summary

RemoteVA is seeking an experienced Architectural Drafter & 3D Rendering Specialist to produce architectural specification books, 2D/3D drawings, and photorealistic renderings. You will work primarily in Revit and AutoCAD, creating floor plans, elevations and construction documents, and delivering high-quality visuals for project presentations.

The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio, proficiency in 3ds Max or Lumion, and a keen eye for detail.

Qualifications

Proven experience in architectural drafting and 3D visualization.
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
Experience creating or coordinating architectural specification books.
Experience with 2D and 3D drawings.
Proficiency in 3D rendering software such as 3ds Max, D5 Render, Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, or Corona.
Strong ability to create realistic, photorealistic renderings.
Good understanding of architectural materials, finishes, construction details, and documentation.
Portfolio of drafting, specification, and rendering work is required.

Responsibilities

Create and organize architectural specification books.
Develop accurate 2D and 3D drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.
Create detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules, and other construction documents.
Produce high-quality, photorealistic interior and exterior renderings.
Use Revit and other 3D rendering/visualization software to present project visuals.
Coordinate drawings, materials, finishes, dimensions, and specifications.
Make revisions based on project requirements and feedback.
Ensure all drawings and renderings are accurate, detailed, and professionally presented.
