Job summary

Boomering is looking for an Architectural Hardware Scheduler to join our hybrid/WFH team in the Philippines. You will prepare precise door-by-door hardware schedules, review drawings and specifications, and ensure compliance with NCC/BCA standards while coordinating with Project Managers.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in a construction field, 1–4 years relevant experience, and familiarity with ProMaster and EstimateOne.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a construction discipline and 1–4 years relevant experience.
• Experience scheduling, estimating or quantity surveying in construction.
• Experience with ProMaster and E1 is advantageous; training can be provided.
• Australian NCC/BCA familiarity is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and detailed door-by-door architectural hardware schedules from drawings and specifications.
• Review project documents to identify hardware requirements for each door.
• Schedule doors hardware including hinges, locks, handles, closers, panic and exit hardware.
• Produce itemised hardware requirements and bills of quantities for projects.
• Ensure hardware selections meet regulatory and practical requirements and NCC/BCA standards.
• Review revisions and updated project documentation for changes affecting schedules.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to clarify requirements and complete on-time documentation.
• Thoroughly check and own work before submission; apply feedback to future work.
• Help document and refine scheduling processes for efficiency as the team grows.
• Maintain organized project records and ensure schedules are current and timely.
