Job summary

Daiichi Properties Inc. in Taguig seeks a Senior Project Coordinator (Architectural Designer) to drive in-house design, feasibility studies, and project implementation across the group.

You will develop concepts, 3D visuals, and working drawings while coordinating with the project team and external suppliers to ensure quality execution. You will conduct site visits, consolidate progress updates, and report to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture
• Professional Architect License required
• 4–5 years of design and site work experience
• Knowledge of design, construction and project management
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion and Enscape

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and prepare feasibility studies, 3D visualizations, conceptual designs and construction drawings.
• Handle documentation from design to post-construction.
• Coordinate project activities and inspect materials and contractor workmanship for design compliance.
• Coordinate with project team, contractors and vendors to ensure schedule compliance.
• Perform quality inspections, punch listings, and other duties as assigned.
• Assist supervisor with any additional responsibilities as needed.

Job Summary

The Senior Project Coordinator (Architectural Designer) is responsible for the preparation of in-house designs, feasibility studies, and the implementation of project plans. In particular, it includes, but is not limited to conducting research, preparing conceptual design, 3D visualizations, and working drawings, conducting site visits, coordinating activities among the project team and with external suppliers, consolidating activity updates, and communicating progress reports to the project team and management. This scope of work extends across the entire Daiichi Properties Group of Companies and its current and future affiliated entities.

Job Requirements

• Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Architecture program.
• Must possess a Professional Architect License (passed the Architect Licensure Examination).
• With 4 to 5 years of experience in design and site work.
• Must be knowledgeable in design, construction and project management.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and Enscape.
• Must possess strong management skills, result-oriented and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Responsibilities
