Jus Arch and Associates Co. is seeking an Architectural Assistant to support our team in drafting, rendering, and 3D modeling, as well as preparing proposals and documents for projects.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field, proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office, and 1–2 years of experience. Strong communication and organization are essential for collaboration with clients and team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Revit and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• 1 to 2 years of experience.
• Experience with visualization software such as Vray, or Enscape is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist architects and designers in drafting, rendering, and 3D modeling.
• Participate in project meetings and assist in the preparation of project proposals, presentations, and construction documents.
• Conduct research on building codes, materials, and products to support design decisions.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients.
