Job summary

Care Center Clinic is seeking a Junior Architect to transform plans into precise as-built drawings and develop new design concepts. You will coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery and maintain rigorous drawing standards across projects.

The role requires AutoCAD proficiency, strong problem-solving, and effective communication. Familiarity with SketchUp, V-Ray, and Enscape is a plus, and licensure is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Proficient in AutoCAD (required).
• Familiarity with SketchUp, V-Ray, and Enscape is a strong plus.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to fill in gaps from limited information.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage time-sensitive deliverables.
• Preferably a Licensed Architect, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Convert provided plans, dimensions, and images into accurate as-built drawings.
• Interpret verbal and minimal client direction to develop proposed design plans.
• Communicate and clarify design intent when information is incomplete.
• Provide detailed drawings based on the approved initial layout.
• Maintain drawing standards and organized project files.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet client deadlines.
• Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks and documentation.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain files and records.
• Coordinate with departments regarding permits and regulatory documentation.
• Schedule meetings and office activities.
• Support procurement and inventory monitoring of office supplies.
