Job summary

KCC Malls is seeking an Architect Project In-Charge to lead planning, design, and permitting stages for mall development. The role includes creating architectural plans and 3D models, and preparing permit documentation for bidding and construction.

You will coordinate with operations and engineers across disciplines, tracking milestones and ensuring project completion on time and to spec.

Qualifications

• BS Architecture.
• Licensed Architect.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, or Vray.
• Ability to translate design concepts into 2D and 3D drawings.
• Organized with ability to meet deadlines and track project status.
• Good visual awareness and keen attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player with strong design sense.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural plans and 3D models and renderings for the project.
• Prepare and file permit forms and documentation for permits, bidding, and implementation.
• Coordinate with operations and engineers from other disciplines.
• Maintain project milestones, schedules, and status updates.
