Job summary

Urban Development Corporation is seeking a Site Architect/QA lead to manage rectification works before inspections, prepare inspection requests, and ensure subcontractors’ activities comply with project specifications and standards.

You will review Quality Control documents, monitor architectural issues across sites, coordinate with subcontractors, and report to the Operations Head on issues and resolutions to keep look-ahead schedules on track.

Qualifications

• Rectification works prior to inspection
• Prepare inspection requests
• Ensure subcontractors’ activities comply with project specifications and standards
• Provide detailed and critical technical support
• Oversee non-compliance notice implementation and verification
• Coordinate with subcontractors involved in the work
• In charge of punch listing prior to consultant’s inspection
• Review and consolidate the Quality Control documents or records for filing, handing over and archiving system upon completion of project
• Monitor and resolve the Architectural issues of every site
• Monitor activities of the Project Site Architects and ensure that all activities are properly implemented
• Review reports of the Site Architects before forwarding it to the client or to the Operations Head
• Discuss site issues and resolutions to the Operations Head
• Review the Look Ahead Schedule and give direction to the Site architects to ensure time to time activities
• Decide on small issues and elevate bigger issues to the Operations Head for better resolution
• Directly report to the Operation Head all activities of Architects
• Handles rectification works prior to inspection
• Involve in Architectural Plan Review prior to execution
