Job summary

WalterMart Community Mall is seeking a Project Architect/Landscape Architect to drive design standards for mall and tenant construction. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in architecture or landscape architecture and a valid license, with 2–3 years of relevant experience.

Newly licensed architects are welcome to apply and candidates should have top-tier firm or developer exposure. You will present concepts, support leasing with plan evaluations, and coordinate with stakeholders while working

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Architecture or Landscape Architecture is required.
• Licensed Architect certification is required.
• 2–3 years of experience as Project Architect/Landscape Architect/Designer; Newly Licensed Architects welcome.

Responsibilities

• Assist in work schedule priorities.
• Implement design guidelines and standards for mall and tenant construction.
• Implement design standards and efficiencies for all projects.
• Present project blockings, schematics and concepts to stakeholders.
• Support leasing through lease-cut studies and evaluation of tenant plans.
• Support business development through lot plotting and mall blocking studies.
• Coordinate with internal and external customers related to assigned projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
