Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture required; Philippine license mandatory.
• 3+ years of architecture/design experience in construction.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and construction practices.
• Ability to work under pressure and collaboratively with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with clients to understand project requirements and design preferences.
• Conduct site visits to collect measurements and evaluate environmental factors.
• Produce detailed architectural plans, drawings, and 3D models to bring design concepts to life.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, zoning laws, and safety standards.
• Provide detailed drawings, specifications, BOQ, BOM, and material lists for construction.
• Coordinate with the construction team to supervise implementation of designs.
• Provide technical support and advice throughout the construction process.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and construction techniques.
