Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Junior Architect to support architectural projects in the Philippines. You will help prepare designs, complete construction documents, and assist in presenting materials under supervision of an Architect or Lead Designer.

You will develop detailed designs, review drawings for compliance, and contribute to space planning solutions while staying current with building materials and codes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Architecture.
• At least 2 years of working experience specialized in Architecture.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Good organizational, project management, time management, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic graphic software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, etc.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed designs and drawings for plans.
• Review and advise on interpretations of plans with subcontractors.
• Prepare and review preliminary designs, working drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Provide technical expertise on policies and codes for architectural structures and systems.
