HR 1001 in Baguio City is seeking a Licensed Architect to join our Real Estate team. You will develop designs, prepare drawings, and coordinate with clients, engineers, and contractors to drive projects forward.

Responsibilities include site visits, monitoring progress, ensuring building-code compliance, and preparing project documentation. A 15-day paid training at ₱505 per day applies, with salary potential starting at ₱15,000 per month.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
• Licensed Architect.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software.
• Strong design, technical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

We are looking for a talented and motivated Licensed Architect to join our team in Baguio City!

• Develop architectural designs, concepts, and plans
• Prepare detailed drawings and project presentations
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, and contractors
• Conduct site visits and monitor project progress
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Assist with project documentation and reporting

You will undergo a 15-day paid trial training period to demonstrate your skills and expertise for the position. The training rate will be ₱505 per day throughout the period.

Salary offer: “₱505 per day or 15,000 Php per month, with possible salary increases based on good performance.”
