The role is based in Cuenca, Batangas, with work at multiple project sites. Ideal candidates hold a BS in Architecture with at least 2 years of relevant experience, and are proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp with strong 3D rendering skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture is required.
• Licensed Architect preferred but not required depending on experience.
• At least 2 years of related architectural design and construction exposure.

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual designs, architectural plans, and layouts.
• Prepare and update drawings, shop drawings, and construction details using AutoCAD.
• Assist in master planning and site development planning.
• Produce 3D models, renderings, and presentations for projects.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress against plans.
• Coordinate design requirements with engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
• Prepare project documentation and progress reports.

We are looking for a creative and technically capable Architect who can handle conceptual design, architectural planning, construction documentation, and project monitoring for multiple developments. The successful candidate should be comfortable working on projects from initial concept through construction and completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual designs, architectural plans, layouts, and presentation drawings.




• Prepare and update architectural drawings, shop drawings, as-built plans, and construction details using AutoCAD.




• Assist in master planning and site development planning.




• Produce 3D models, perspectives, and architectural renderings for project presentations.




• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor construction progress, workmanship, and compliance with approved architectural plans.




• Handle architectural requirements for multiple projects.




• Assist in fit-out, interior works, architectural finishes, and detailing.




• Review site conditions and coordinate design requirements with engineers, contractors, suppliers, and project personnel.




• Conduct project and resource audits when required.




• Verify dimensions, materials, finishes, and architectural specifications on site.




• Coordinate and update drawings based on actual site conditions and project requirements.




• Prepare design presentations, project documentation, progress reports, and related records.




• Perform other architectural, design, and project-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Architecture.




• Licensed Architect is preferred but not required, depending on experience.




• At least 2 years of relevant experience in architectural design and construction.




• Experience in fit-out, interior works, architectural finishing, and construction detailing is preferred.




• Strong knowledge of architectural planning, conceptual design, construction documentation, and as-built preparation.




• Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp.




• Proficiency in 3D rendering software is required.




• Able to read, interpret, and coordinate architectural and engineering drawings.




• Creative, detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling several projects simultaneously.




• Willing to travel and conduct inspections at multiple project locations.




• Willing to be based in or report to the office in Cuenca, Batangas.

Offer

• Monthly salary of ₱25,000–₱30,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
