Job summary

Manulife Global Risk Intelligence and Technology (GRIT) is seeking a Global Archer Support Specialist in Manila to provide Archer platform support, develop PowerApps and automation solutions, and create dashboards and reporting tools. The role includes maintaining risk, control, and business process documentation for Global Risk operations.

Responsibilities include admin/support for Archer, PowerApps/Power BI/Power Automate development, documentation, testing support, and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Hands-on PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate, and Visio experience required.
• 4–6 years in operational risk management or equivalent.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications including user administration and incident management.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide admin and technical support for the Archer platform, including access management and troubleshooting.
• Design, develop, and maintain PowerApps solutions, dashboards, and workflows.
• Develop business process and risk documentation using Visio.
• Conduct control analysis and monitor data quality to identify improvements.
• Support testing activities (UAT/production) and document solutions for knowledge sharing.
• Manage service tickets from initiation to resolution and collaborate with teams.
