Job summary

Sterling Paper Products Ent., Inc seeks a proactive arcade technician to inspect, maintain, and repair arcade machines and related equipment in our stores. You will troubleshoot issues, assist customers, and coordinate with senior technicians for major repairs.

Ideal candidates are high school graduates with electronics-related training, willing to learn, with strong problem-solving and communication skills, and able to work shifts, weekends, and holidays. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or vocational/technical course in electronics, electrical, or similar field.
• Experience in arcade/ amusement industries is an advantage but not required.
• Willing to be trained and learn new skills.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Customer-oriented with good communication skills.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of arcade machines and equipment.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve minor mechanical or electrical problems.
• Ensure all machines are clean, safe, and fully operational at all times.
• Respond quickly to machine malfunctions during store operations.
• Assist customers with machine usage and provide basic technical support.
• Coordinate with senior technicians for major repairs or parts replacement.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
• Follow safety procedures and company standards.
• Support overall store operations when needed.
