Job summary

The Accounts Receivable Specialist at Booth provides AR support by monitoring collections, resolving payment issues, and communicating with customers to secure timely payments.

You will create aging reports, reconcile payments, and collaborate with the AR Manager to meet collection goals while maintaining compliant records. The role requires at least an associate degree, 3–5 years in AR, strong Excel and ERP skills, and willingness to work in BGC Taguig and Makati.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years of experience as an AR Analyst.
• Knowledge of the HVAC/R industry preferred, but not required.
• Great Plains knowledge is a plus.
• Proficiency with commonly used accounting ERP systems.
• Advanced experience in Excel.
• Strong customer service background.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
• Willing to work in BGC, Taguig City and Makati City.

Responsibilities

• Monitor day-to-day accounts receivable operations to ensure accurate billing and timely cash collection.
• Research billing details in Great Plains and customer portals.
• Create AR aging and metrics reports.
• Collaborate with billers, account managers, and the operations team to resolve invoice issues.
• Check missing and unresolved payment issues and maximize cash receipts.
• Post and reconcile customer payments to general ledgers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer payment status and documentation for audits.
