Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent education and experience required.
• 3–5 years' experience as an AR Analyst recommended.
• Strong Excel proficiency and ERP system knowledge.
• Knowledge of HVAC/R industry is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Process day-to-day financial transactions to keep records accurate.
• Monitor overdue accounts and prepare AR aging reports.
• Research billing details in Great Plains/customer portals.
• Post and reconcile customer payments to ledgers.
• Maintain records of payment status and assist audits.
