Job summary

Nestlé Meycauayan hub is seeking a Shared Services Associate to support accounting processes, including GL recon, bank reconciliation, and fixed assets. A bachelor’s degree in Accountancy and 2+ years of basic accounting experience are required; SAP knowledge is a plus.

You will contribute to timely reporting during period-end closes, meet KPIs, and collaborate with markets to resolve issues while adapting to shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in basic accounting.
• Amenable to any shift.
• Knowledge in SAP and MS Applications is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks applicable to specific processes (GL Recon, Bank Recon, Intra Group and Fixed Assets Accounting).
• Perform Accounts Reconciliation.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting as needed during Period-End Close.
• Ensure KPIs are met.
• Investigate/resolved issues according to the markets' requirements.
• Collaborate with Market/other Streams to resolve issues.
• Initiate continuous improvement projects.

A day in the life of...
