Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable or Credit Control.
• Strong command of Mandarin or Cantonese and English is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; JDE knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Record and process AR activities, including invoicing and refunds.
• Follow up on unpaid invoices; manage overdue accounts and disputes.
• Support month-end closing and cash flow initiatives.
• Handle credit checks and advise on credit risk to the business.
• Respond to client queries within 24 hours and liaise with teams.
