Job summary

Nestlé Integrated Business Services Manila in Meycauayan, Bulacan, is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable professional to join our hybrid, full-time team. The role focuses on managing the end-to-end O2C cycle for the Nespresso US market, driving collections, disputes, and reconciliation activities.

You will partner with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues, lead governance of aging accounts, and deliver AR insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• 3+ years of AR, collections, or Order-to-Cash experience.
• Experience in multinational or shared-service environments.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the AR SME for the Nespresso US Market, managing the end-to-end Order-to-Cash receivables cycle including collections, deductions, disputes, chargebacks, write-offs, reconciliations, provisions, reporting, and customer account resolution.
• Act as primary finance business partner between Nespresso US stakeholders and internal teams to ensure effective management of customer accounts and resolution of complex financial issues.
• Lead analysis and governance of trade receivables, deductions, aging portfolios, and provisions to support business decisions and cash flow optimization.
• Drive timely resolution of high-value disputes through cross-functional collaboration while ensuring compliance with Nestlé policies and controls.
• Manage strategic customer portfolios including Amazon with advanced analysis and contract interpretation.
• Provide financial insights and AR performance reporting to market leadership for informed decision making.
• Identify and lead AR process improvements, automation, and governance initiatives.

A day in the life of...

• Serve as the Accounts Receivable Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Nespresso US Market, managing the end-to-end Order-to-Cash receivables cycle including collections, deductions, disputes, chargebacks, write-offs, reconciliations, provisions, reporting, and customer account resolution
• Act as the primary finance business partner and key liaison between Nespresso US market stakeholders, customers, IBS, NBS, Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Relationship Center (CRC), and Finance Leadership to ensure effective management of customer accounts, resolution of complex financial issues, and achievement of AR performance objectives
• Lead the analysis and governance of trade receivables, customer deductions, sales and operational chargebacks, account provisions, and ageing portfolios to support business decisions, financial accuracy, risk mitigation, and cash flow optimization
• Drive timely resolution of high-value and complex account disputes through cross-functional stakeholder collaboration while safeguarding compliance with Nestlé financial policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.
• Manage strategic customer portfolios, including key accounts such as Amazon, requiring advanced analysis, contract interpretation, deduction validation, chargeback investigations, account reconciliations, and cross-functional issue resolution
• Provide financial insights, portfolio risk assessments, and AR performance reporting to market leadership, enabling informed decision-making related to credit exposure, write-offs, provisions, and working capital management
• Identify and lead continuous improvement, automation, process optimization, and governance initiatives to improve AR efficiency, service delivery, reporting accuracy, and standardization across the Nespresso US AR process landscape

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, Credit Management, or Order-to-Cash operations
• Experience managing customer portfolios and resolving complex deductions, disputes, chargebacks, and collections issues
• Experience supporting multinational or shared-service environments
• Strong knowledge of customer account reconciliations and ageing management
• Experience working with large strategic customers and retail accounts, including Amazon or similar key accounts preferred
• Exposure to SAP, Power BI, ServiceNow/IBS ticketing platforms, and financial reporting tools
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and international stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills
