Qualifications

• Strong collections background and customer account management.
• NetSuite ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounts receivable processes and ensure timely billing, collection, and reconciliation.
• Monitor customer accounts and collect overdue balances.
• Maintain customer ledgers and investigate discrepancies.
• Generate aging reports and report to Finance Head.
