Job summary

Lean Solutions Group in Makati City, Philippines, is seeking an AP/AR & Cash Applications Associate to manage end-to-end income application, reconcile receipts daily, and maintain AR cycle integrity through meticulous attention to detail.

You will process payments (ACH, wires, cards, checks), perform daily reconciliations, resolve unapplied funds, collaborate with Credit and Collections, and support month-end close with audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance or related business field preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) or Cash Applications.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and advanced MS Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Payment Processing: Post payments accurately (ACH, wires, credit cards, checks) to keep customer balances current.
• Daily Reconciliation: Align cash inflows with bank statements and ledgers for 100% data accuracy.
• Discrepancy Management: Research/unapplied funds, investigate short-pay/overpayments to resolve balances.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Credit and Collections to streamline order-to-cash processes.
• Ledger Maintenance: Manage lifecycle of customer accounts; process refunds, adjustments, write-offs, addendums.
• Period-End Support: Prepare reconciliations, AR reports, and documentation for audits.
• Compliance & Controls: Adhere to internal controls and accounting procedures.
