Job summary

Our Clients is seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Associate to manage end‑to‑end AR operations in the Philippines. The role covers invoicing, collections, cash application, and reconciliations, ensuring accurate customer account management and timely payments.

You will support process improvements, audits, and cross‑functional collaboration with Sales and Customer Service. The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of AR experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with SAP/Oracle/NetSuite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of Accounts Receivable experience in shared services, GBS, or multinational organizations.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end O2C processes and AR operations.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar ERP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices based on contracts, billing schedules, and sales orders.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and drive collection activities for timely payments.
• Process and apply customer payments, investigate discrepancies, and resolve unapplied cash.
• Perform account reconciliations and review aging reports to resolve balances.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and other stakeholders on billing inquiries and disputes.
• Support month‑end and quarter‑end closing activities including AR reconciliations and revenue accruals.
• Maintain customer master data in ERP systems for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist internal and external audits by providing documentation and responses to requests.
• Identify opportunities to improve O2C through standardization and automation.
