Job summary

Twoconnect is seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer to join our finance team in Manila. This role focuses on cash management, payment allocation, and high-volume transactional processing across trade and retail operations, with Oracle ERP support.

You will work closely with Credit and sales teams, ensure accurate posting, reconciliations, and strict adherence to internal controls in a structured finance environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable, accounts administration or similar transactional finance role.
• Basic understanding of accounts receivable processes including receipts, payment allocation, debit/credit transactions and reconciliations.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and general computer literacy.
• Organisational and time-management skills with ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt to changes in workflows.
• Experience using Oracle ERP highly regarded; other ERP systems also valued.

Responsibilities

• Receive and accurately allocate trade customer payments against invoices and accounts.
• Match payments against bank statements and remittance information.
• Create and process receipts for direct deposits, card payments and other payment types.
• Complete daily retail store balancing and reconcile prepaid retail customer accounts.
• Reconcile bank transactions and identify discrepancies.
• Process credit notes and apply correct credit type to customer accounts.
• Follow up on remittance information to support accurate allocations.
• Ensure payments, receipts and credits are recorded against correct accounts.
• Support high-volume cash management processing, including peak periods.
• Use Oracle ERP to support cash management and transactional processing.
• Collaborate with Credit, retail and trade sales teams to resolve queries.
• Maintain accurate records and supporting information.
• Use Excel and internal systems for matching, reconciliation and data processing.
• Provide general accounts administration and support to Finance.
