Cyberbacker Careers in the Philippines is seeking a Finance Operations professional to own daily AR activities, conduct outbound calls, and coordinate with the Client Experience Team to resolve disputes and failed payments.

You'll classify AR, post payments to customer accounts, reconcile with QuickBooks Online, and generate reconciled AR reports. Strong spreadsheet skills and QBO Advanced are required; experience with GHL is a plus.

Formación

• Experience in accounts receivable, collections, or a similar finance operations role.
• Proven track record with high-volume outbound follow-ups and escalated collection resolutions.
• Moves fast and confidently in spreadsheets.
• Tech-ready with no equipment constraints - reliable setup, fully operational from day one.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct daily outbound calls and follow-ups on overdue accounts, disputes, and failed payments.
• Classify AR as current vs non-current and report daily.
• Resolve failed payments and autopayments in coordination with the Client Experience Team.
• Document all call activity and report daily results to the Staff Accountant Manager.
• Post incoming payments to correct customer accounts and reconcile with QBO entries.
