Xerox Holdings Corporation in Cebu City is seeking an experienced Channels AR Specialist to join the US Customer Business Operations team. You will manage reseller and end-user accounts, handle credit, collections and billing issues, monitor activity, follow up on invoices, and ensure accurate payment records.

Responsibilities include assisting cash application, account adjustments, tax research and audit compliance, coordinating with cross-functional teams to improve cash flow and minimize

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field; Accounting is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of corporate collections experience preferred.
• Knowledge of credit, collections, billing processes, and Accounts Receivable compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems; Oracle experience preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and customer relationship management skills.

Responsabilités

• Monitor assigned accounts, review collection reports, and follow up on outstanding invoices through calls and emails.
• Provide customer statements, track payment arrangements, and maintain accurate payment records.
• Resolve billing issues by coordinating with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Manage credit holds, recommend bad debt write-offs, and process approved refunds.
• Support invoicing, account adjustments, cash application, tax research, and audit compliance activities.
