Xerox Philippines is seeking an Channels AR Specialist to join the US Customer Business Operations team. You will monitor accounts, follow up on outstanding invoices, secure payments, and resolve billing concerns while ensuring accurate payment records.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, at least 2 years of corporate collections experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve cash flow and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of corporate collections experience.
• Knowledge of credit, collections, billing processes, and Accounts Receivable compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems; Oracle experience preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and customer relationship management skills.

Responsabilités

• Monitor accounts, review collection reports, and follow up on outstanding invoices through calls and emails.
• Provide customer statements, track payment arrangements, and maintain accurate payment records.
• Resolve billing issues by coordinating with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Manage credit holds, recommend bad debt write-offs, and process approved refunds.
• Support invoicing, account adjustments, cash application, tax research, and audit compliance activities.
