Job summary

Xerox Holdings Corporation in Cebu City, Philippines, is seeking a Channels AR Specialist to join the US Customer Business Operations team. You will monitor accounts, handle collections, and secure payments while maintaining accurate records.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve cash flow, comply with corporate policies, and support invoicing, cash application, and tax research.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years corporate collections experience.
• Knowledge of credit, collections, billing processes, and Accounts Receivable compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems; Oracle experience preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem‑solving, and customer relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor assigned accounts, review collection reports, and follow up on outstanding invoices through calls and emails.
• Provide customer statements, track payment arrangements, and maintain accurate payment records.
• Resolve billing issues by coordinating with customers and cross‑functional teams.
• Manage credit holds, recommend bad debt write‑offs, and process approved refunds.
• Support invoicing, account adjustments, cash application, tax research, and audit compliance activities.
