Job summary

Acquire BPO is seeking an AR/AP Officer to support financial operations and ensure timely payment processing and invoice recording. You’ll report to the AR Team Lead and help maintain accurate records and resolve discrepancies in line with company policies.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in a similar role, strong Excel skills, and excellent attention to detail, with solid communication and organizational abilities for a dynamic global team.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of recent experience in a similar AR/AP role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Clear interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise, plan, and organise work to meet deadlines.
