Payreto is seeking a finance professional to manage accounts receivable/payable, optimize cash flow, and perform financial reporting in a hybrid work setup in Makati. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely collections, and collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities include processing payments, vendor invoices, reconciliations, and assisting with financial statements and cash flow forecasting. A strong accounting background and payroll expertise are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Admin or equivalent.
• Above-average English verbal and written communication.
• Payroll expertise required.
• Strong accounting knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Process and post incoming payments accurately and timely.
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Communicate with customers to resolve billing issues and ensure timely collections.
• Process vendor invoices and payments per company policies.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure payments are processed within payment terms to optimize cash flow.
• Monitor daily cash flow activities and ensure liquidity.
• Assist in developing cash flow forecasts.
• Identify opportunities to improve cash flow management.
• Manage collections for overdue accounts.
• Develop strategies for timely collections.
• Maintain relationships with clients to minimize receivables.
• Assist in preparing financial statements (balance sheets, income statements).
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance.
• Generate reports on AR/AP aging, cash flow, and collection performance.
• Identify inefficiencies in AR/AP processes and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with departments to streamline financial workflows.
• Implement best practices to enhance financial controls and reporting accuracy.
• Manage finance data integrity and confidentiality.
• Assist in journal entries, reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.
