• Conduct computations for pledged items, including renewals and redemptions.
• Send monthly auctions due reminders to customers and update the corresponding records.
• Prepare pawn tickets for clients in connection with disbursement and renewal transactions.
• Ensure client records and statuses are accurately updated.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.
• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
