• Input subject, site, improvement, room, photo, contract, listing, and comparable sale data into TOTAL by a la mode and DataMaster.
• Import and arrange MLS and public record data.
• Catch missing or inconsistent information and flag it for review.
• Create floor plan sketches in the appraisal software from field measurements.
• Follow established templates and procedures to the letter on every report.
• Uphold strict accuracy and confidentiality across all data and documents.
• Keep report files orderly and consistent from one assignment to the next.

You'll input property and comparable sale data into our appraisal software, organize supporting data, and create floor plan sketches from field measurements. Key Responsibilities:

• Input subject, site, improvement, room, photo, contract, listing, and comparable sale data into TOTAL by a la mode and DataMaster

• Import and arrange MLS and public record data

• Catch missing or inconsistent information and flag it for review

• Create floor plan sketches in the appraisal software from the field measurements provided

• Follow established templates and procedures to the letter on every report

• Uphold strict accuracy and confidentiality across all data and documents

• Keep report files orderly and consistent from one assignment to the next

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience with TOTAL by a la mode and DataMaster

Preferred Skills:
