• Bring in and organize MLS and public record data
• Detect missing or inconsistent information and flag it for review
• Draw floor plan sketches in the appraisal software from the field measurements supplied
• Follow established templates and procedures precisely on every report
• Keep all data and documents strictly accurate and confidential
• Maintain organized, consistent report files from one assignment to the next
