About the role

Reporting to the Team Lead, we are seeking an Appointment Setter – US Home Improvement Account to join Jaicom's dynamic Call Centre & Customer Service team. This is a full-time position based in Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila.

As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in our outbound sales operations, focusing on the US home improvement market. Your primary objective will be to generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for our sales team, directly contributing to revenue growth and business expansion. This position is essential to our sales pipeline and requires someone who can engage prospects effectively, qualify their needs, and secure commitments for follow-up meetings with our sales representatives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospects in the US home improvement market to identify and qualify potential leads
• Present the value proposition of our home improvement services and products to potential customers
• Accurately schedule and confirm appointments with qualified prospects for the sales team
• Maintain comprehensive and detailed records of all calls, interactions, and appointments within the customer relationship management (CRM) system
• Follow established scripts and call procedures while adapting communication to different prospect personas
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and appointment booking quotas
• Handle objections professionally and employ effective closing techniques to secure appointments
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand feedback and continuously improve appointment quality
• Provide regular updates to team leadership on performance metrics and pipeline status
• Maintain professionalism and courtesy at all times, representing Jaicom's brand positively

• Native or near-native English proficiency with a clear, professional accent
• Knowledge of the US home improvement industry or related sectors is advantageous
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
