We're Hiring: Team Lead – Application Support & Technology Delivery

Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days WFH)

Schedule: Mid Shift or Night Shift

Salary: ₱150,000–₱170,000/month

We are looking for an experienced Application Support & Technology Delivery Team Lead for one of our clients.

This is a hands-on technical leadership opportunity for someone who can manage a team of application support professionals, troubleshoot complex technical issues, oversee production support operations, and confidently engage with client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of approximately 15–20 application support and technical professionals.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance in SQL, enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and production troubleshooting.
• Oversee critical incidents, escalations, root-cause analysis, and service restoration.
• Collaborate with software engineering, infrastructure, and business teams to resolve technical issues.
• Manage client communications, technical discussions, operational reporting, and service delivery expectations.
• Drive automation, process improvements, and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Monitor SLAs, incident resolution, team performance, and delivery quality.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, Software Engineering, or Technology Delivery.
• At least 5 years of team leadership experience, preferably managing 10–20 technical professionals.
• Strong hands-on SQL expertise is mandatory, including complex queries, stored procedures, query optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Strong background in enterprise application support, incident management, and root-cause analysis.
• Experience troubleshooting application issues involving databases, REST APIs, and integrations.
• Working knowledge of Python scripting and AWS cloud services.
• Experience collaborating with software engineering and development teams.
• Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, CI/CD, and production release management.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience independently handling client-facing meetings, technical escalations, and operational discussions.

Preferred: Experience with Snowflake, ServiceNow, SAP, GitLab, Jenkins, automation, or AI-assisted operational improvements.

We are looking for a leader who remains technically hands-on—not someone whose experience is limited to administrative or people management responsibilities.
