About the role

We are looking for an experienced Application Support Engineer specializing in MicroStrategy Business Intelligence to support and maintain enterprise Business Intelligence solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical application support, troubleshooting issues, maintaining BI environments, and ensuring the stability and reliability of MicroStrategy-based solutions. This role requires strong technical and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities
