Asticom Technology Inc is seeking an IT Application Support Specialist to maintain our Power BI environment. Based in Mandaluyong, this hybrid role requires night shifts aligned to US hours and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability of BI services.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in Power BI support, strong workspace management skills, and familiarity with scripting tools. Bachelor-level IT/CS degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Power BI Support and Administration.
• Strong understanding of BI platform components and workspace management.
• Basic knowledge of scripting tools (Python, Ansible, Terraform) or cloud platforms is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
