Job summary

IGO TECHONOLOGIES is seeking a MicroStrategy BI Specialist to support administration, deployment, and monitoring of BI platforms, ensuring reliability and timely incident resolution. The role requires collaboration across teams to improve performance and service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have 3–4+ years in BI operations, hands-on experience with MicroStrategy, Qlik, BO, or Power BI, and familiarity with Linux/Windows environments and AWS. On-call rotation is involved.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years in BI or related technology operations.

• Experience with BI deployments, job scheduling, platform monitoring, and production support.
• Experience with Python, Terraform, Ansible or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve technology service disruptions promptly to minimize user impact and maintain service levels.
• Review the production readiness of technology solutions and deployments, coordinating with relevant teams.
• Monitor platform performance and analyze trends to identify potential issues.
• Apply analytical problem-solving approaches to technology and service-related issues.
• Support root cause analysis and incident investigations affecting availability.
• Monitor capacity utilization and coordinate with teams on capacity needs.
• Perform BI platform deployments, job scheduling, monitoring, and operational support.
• Administer processes and procedures related to code management.
• Collaborate to implement performance tuning recommendations.
• Participate in an On-Call rotation to support critical services.

About the role

We are looking for a MicroStrategy Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team and support the administration, operation, monitoring, deployment, and continuous improvement of business intelligence platforms and related infrastructure. The role will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and availability of BI services, resolving technology disruptions, supporting production deployments, and collaborating with various teams to improve platform performance and service delivery.

About you

• 3–4+ years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence, BI platform administration, or related technology operations.
• In-depth knowledge and hands‑on experience with Business Intelligence tools and platforms.
• Experience managing BI platforms such as MicroStrategy, Qlik, Business Objects, and/or Power BI.
• Experience with BI deployments, job scheduling, platform monitoring, and production support.
• Experience with programming or deployment technologies such as Python, Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools.
• Experience managing services across Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Experience supporting on‑premises and AWS environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and root cause analysis skills.
• Understanding of performance monitoring, capacity management, and performance tuning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
