Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an Application Support Engineer to manage and support the MicroStrategy BI platform in a production environment. The role focuses on maintaining platform stability, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates have 3–4+ years in application support or BI, hands-on platform management, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years of experience in application support or business intelligence.
• Strong experience with MicroStrategy BI.
• Hands-on experience in platform management.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to work on US hours (8:00 AM–6:00 PM ET).
• Willing to work 2 days onsite per week in Mandaluyong City.
