Qualifications

• College graduate with relevant IT degree.
• 5–8+ years of experience in ServiceNow.
• Proficient in ServiceNow ITSM and CSDM.
• Experience with incident, problem, and change management.
• Ability to customize and configure ServiceNow modules.
• Familiarity with scripting and automation in ServiceNow.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.

About the role

As an Application Support Engineer, you will spend your day investigating and resolving issues across various critical business systems. • Number of years experiences needed: 5 - 8+ YEARS in ServiceNow
• Shift Schedule: Morning, Mid
• Number of days in a month or week that needs to be in the office: 2x a week
• Project Location (During onsite): Manila Offices
