Job summary

ACCION LABS PHILIPPINES, INC. is seeking an Application Support Analyst – EPM (Level 2) for a 1-year contract. The role is hybrid, located at UP Ayala Land Technohub, Quezon City, with a night shift from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM, Monday to Friday, and weekend work as needed.

Salary is PHP 70,000 plus HMO from Day 1 and additional benefits and allowances. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of EPM experience, hands-on Oracle EPM Cloud/FCCS/PBCS/Hyperion Essbase/Anaplan/OneStream, and strong ServiceNow

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional experience supporting EPM tools and applications.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud, FCCS, PBCS, Hyperion Essbase, Anaplan, or OneStream.
• Strong proficiency in ServiceNow ITSM for incident tracking, ticket management, and issue resolution.
• Proficiency in SQL for data validation, querying, troubleshooting, and analysis.
• Understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and related financial business processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical business users.
• Experience providing Level 2 support, handling escalated incidents, and coordinating with relevant technical and business teams.
• Willingness to work on weekends when business or operational requirements arise.

Work Set-up & Location: Hybrid (2–3 days RTO + 2 days WFH) | UP Ayala Land Technohub, Quezon City
Work Schedule: Night Shift | 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM, Monday to Friday; must be willing to work on Saturdays and Sundays, only if needed
Employment Type: 1-year contract, highly subject to renewal
Salary Offer: PHP 70,000 + HMO on Day 1 + benefits and allowances

KEY EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS
