Job summary

The Citco Group Limited in Manila, Philippines is seeking an Oracle EPM on-prem Developer to support and maintain Hyperion Financial Management applications. You will collaborate with security, network, and database teams as well as end-users to ensure data integrity and smooth financial processes.

• Support the design, development, deployment and maintenance of Oracle EPM on-prem applications, models and financial processes.
• Develop and maintain EPM application dimensions, hierarchies, metadata, forms, reports, business rules, calc scripts and related artifacts.
• Maintain data files, monitor system configuration and validate data integrity across EPM applications.
• Support routine FDMEE jobs, data load rules, mapping logic, integrations and life-cycle management activities.
• Troubleshoot application, data load, business rule, calc script, Web Form, Smart View, Financial Reporting and end-user issues.
• Perform environment monitoring, proactive tuning, optimization, patch impact analysis and upgrade support.
• Support day-to-day business operations, including financial close cycles, user requests, access/security support and production issue resolution.
• Log Oracle Service Requests, gather diagnostic evidence and coordinate follow-up with Oracle Support when required.
• Participate in regular team and business meetings; communicate technical updates clearly to both IT and business stakeholders.

Position

This position is responsible for support and maintenance of Citco's EPM application (Hyperion Financial Management). Will interact with and/or support various support and development groups as well as other security team, network team, database team, business management and end-users in the performance of their duties.

Your Role

Technical Expectations/Professional Practices:

• Maintain data files, monitor system configuration and validate data integrity across EPM applications.

About You

• 3+ years of hands-on experience delivering, supporting or enhancing Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) / Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) solutions.


• Strong understanding of Oracle EPM / HFM architecture and operational support practices.


• Hands-on experience with FDMEE, EPM Financial Reporting, Smart View and financial close support processes.


• Experience developing and troubleshooting business rules, calc scripts, MaxL scripts and Python scripts.


• Working knowledge of SQL and Oracle Database concepts relevant to EPM operations and troubleshooting.


• Financial and/or accounting knowledge sufficient to support close-cycle activities and business user discussions.


• Proven ability to work independently with business users, gather requirements, analyze issues and drive resolution.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with high attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Planful or related financial planning/reporting platforms.


• Oracle EPM Essbase and/or Planning certification.


• Experience with Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) in Excel for automation or reporting support.


• Experience reviewing release notes and assessing the business impact of Oracle patches or upgrades.
